Worst experience EVER! SO I was behind on payment the regional manager said I'll talk $5 and we will work things out. Go in to get the money the guy that was here to "repo" my refrigerator calls him and tells.him he has the $5 and the regional manager tells.him to take.my stuff anyway
The worst suppose to pick up a Xbox1 from them today they forget the power cord there way of making it better is for me to wait till after Xmas way to ruin Xmas for the kids
Night and payed for lots of stuff from here and the staff had been very nice and helpful over the last 4 yrs of going there
The guys that work here are great! Whenever I am in dire need of something that I can't for pay outright, I know I can go to buddys! They have helped me out tons of times and I like that if I get something and I don't like it anymore I can just have them come get it and pick something else...unlike when you purchase some big item and end up hating it and you're stuck with it
I gave them one star only so I could rate. This place sucks and they are shady as hell and a bunch of crooks!!!! They sold me a junk laptop that they clearly knew was trash it broke down a few months later....i mean a few and I already had paid it off so when we took it back the manager of the store really didnt want to do ANYTHING but screw me over basically because I paid it off.. so they penalize u for being on time and paying their crappy items off. So they are so called waiting for a part to come in to fix the broken one and in the meantime want to have me rent another....you heard me Rent. They care nothing about their customers!!!!
After the regional manager went on and.on about how.he.didnt.want.to.repo my things bc.my child's medicine needed to be in the refrigerator!!!!? Never again!!!!
