We have been going to Pet Valu for years now. We like the products and the workers are very helpful.
The new store looks great, but the last time I was in there, I got asked 4 different times by the same person if I needed help even though I said no each time, and she followed me around the store. I wasn't even in there for 5 minutes because I felt harassed. Not sure if I'll be returning even though it's the closest pet store to me.
Always friendly...carries a big variety of high quality foods. Staff is knowledgeable and caring. They always do charitable things for the community shelters. I love them even if they are a bit high end the customer service is great.
Amy is fantastic there, she is always very helpful and always understanding. I went today to use their self bath she greeted me once I walked in and helped with using it! My German Shepherd was nervous and peed all the bath area I was so embarrassed, but she was very nice and even cleaned it up for me.
Love the friendly and so helpful ladies working there. And they spoil your pets always with a friendly snuggle and treat
